February 2023 Inventory Notification

Dear Customer,

As we begin 2023, I wanted to thank you for all your support and partnership during 2022. We, like many companies, experienced long ocean freight lead times, supply chain delays, above normal demand in Q2/Q3 and then a market shift in Q4 back to a more normal pattern. You may be aware that we implemented a new ERP system, Microsoft Business Central, a modern SaaS model in December 2022, that positions us for improved operations for the future.

We are on a solid foundation now with our new ERP system, and have invested in additional inventory, warehouse space and resources to improve the flow of products and services to all our customers. We know the global supply chain and labor shortage challenges have been disruptive to many of you and we truly appreciate your patience, partnership and support. 

Maintaining optimum level of inventory and high level of inventory accuracy are critical to our process to serve you more effectively. As such we have decided to do a full inventory count and will be closed for any shipping and receiving on February 27, 28 and March 1, 2023. We will be open for business those days, however we will not be shipping or receiving any goods into our system. If you have new orders and you want to get ahead of our inventory dates, we would request you to send those prior to February 21, or earlier, so we can accommodate as many orders as possible.
